About the role

We're hiring a Media Buyer at Gross Labs. Gross Labs is a modern family enterprise founded by Nick Gross — building, acquiring, and investing across sports, media, entertainment, education, real estate, hospitality, and consumer ventures. This role is the performance engine across our portfolio.

What you'll do

• Full-funnel paid media strategy across the portfolio
• Campaign build, launch, and daily management across all channels
• Creative testing cadence and collaboration with brand teams
• Tracking, attribution, and measurement infrastructure
• Weekly performance reporting to OpCo leads and the executive team

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Performance marketing
• Analytics
• Any graduate
