Setting up and managing MEP function including participating in recruitment of project staff and mentoring them to achieve the desired goals Capturing MEP related knowledge across the projects and disseminating it across the organization Effective management of training for the team and project staff and monitoring improvement due to trainings

What you'll do

• Setting up and managing MEP function including participating in recruitment of project staff and mentoring them to achieve the desired goals
• Ensuring training of contractors staff and workmen working at sites
• Setting up and managing organization processes related to MEP
• Providing feedback for improving working processes
• Establishing and managing Strategic tie up with research institutes and educational institutes to implement innovation
