Merchandising Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Merchandising Manager to drive business growth from Indian retailers. This is a sales-and-relationship-driven role — you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new retail partners, as well as managing and growing existing retailer accounts.

What you'll do

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new Indian retailers/retail chains as business partners
• Build a strong pipeline of prospective retailers through market mapping, networking, and industry connects
• Negotiate commercial terms, margins, and partnership agreements in line with company guidelines
• Own and grow relationships with existing retailer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact
• Track account performance (sales, inventory turns, category growth) and identify opportunities to expand business share
