Messaging Services Analyst

About the role

Responsible for managing user accounts recipients, groups, service monitoring and reporting. Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and perform day to day support and administration tasks. A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality support. Understanding their requirements and creating a positive client experience throughout the total client journey.
