MGR (Me Paint Shop)

About the role

To ensure availability, capability, and continuous improvement of paint shop manufacturing facilities for achieving production, quality, cost, safety, and delivery targets. Responsible for planning and execution of capacity enhancement projects, new model introduction, process improvements, automation initiatives, paint quality and durability enhancement, and paint shop cost optimization.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute paint shop capacity enhancement projects in line with business requirements
• Coordinate hassle-free introduction of new models as per management plans
• Budget planning and execution for ensuring capacity as per management plans
• Provide technical support to vendors for improving capacity, quality and productivity
• Coordinate with MTD (Machine Tool Division) and Automation team to convert manual processes into automation
