What you'll do

• Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed
• Define the local processes and production targets, for all segments of the unit
• Coordinate optimum machine utilization and product scheduling for a number of related segments
• Direct the development and implementation of production plans and allocate production resources
• Manage the segments assigned and lead dedicated Team leaders and the various production teams and shifts

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
• B.Tech or B.E.
