Middle Office Reconciliation Onboarding - Senior Associate

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate to support end-to-end client onboarding and conversion activities within the Middle Office Reconciliation Onboarding team. The role involves translating business requirements into reconciliation solutions, coordinating system and data readiness, supporting testing and production deployment, and ensuring a controlled transition to business-as-usual operations.

What you'll do

• Support assigned onboarding projects from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, production deployment, stabilization, and operational handover
• Participate in discussions with clients, custodians, fund administrators, operations
• Review fund matrices, account structures, reconciliation types, data sources, frequencies, tolerances, matching criteria, and reporting requirements
• Analyse cash, position, transaction, and market-value data received through SWIFT messages, flat files, and custodian portals
• Support validation of SWIFT MT940, MT950, and MT535 messages and identify data-quality, routing, and mapping gaps
