About the role

As an MIS Executive, you will play a crucial role in our back-office operations, working closely with our Customer Care Executives (CCEs) to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Your primary focus will be on managing and improving our internal systems and processes, enabling our CCEs to deliver exceptional customer service.

What you'll do

• Play a crucial role in our back-office operations, working closely with our Customer Care Executives (CCEs) to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
• Manage and optimize back-office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely resolution of customer inquiries
• Collaborate with CCEs to understand their needs and provide necessary support and resources
• Implement and maintain accurate record-keeping systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our processes and systems
