Mobile App Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile App Team Lead with strong hands on mobile development experience and proven leadership capabilities to lead the delivery, release, and ongoing development of our mobile trading application across iOS and Android . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mobile application development, ideally within Fintech, Forex, Trading, Banking, or high-performance digital platforms .

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and guide the mobile development team across iOS and Android
• Take ownership of the team’s day-to-day execution, delivery progress, technical output, and priorities
• Ensure all team members have clear responsibilities, assigned tasks, and agreed delivery timelines
• Break down mobile development work into clear technical tasks and assign them effectively across the team
• Monitor progress closely and proactively identify risks, blockers, delays, and dependencies
