Mobilizer at NIIT Foundation. Manage overall operations and administration of the training centre.

What you'll do

• Manage overall operations and administration of the training centre
• Ensure smooth execution of training programs, mobilization activities, assessments, and placement processes
• Lead and monitor centre team including trainers, mobilisers, placement coordinators, and support staff
• Achieve centre targets related to admissions, training, certifications, placements, and retention
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates, local employers, NGOs, educational institutions, and community stakeholders

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• MIS reporting
• MS Office
• Problem solving
• Any graduate

What you get

• ₹20k–₹30k a month
