• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues, providing excellent service at all times

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends to inform customers accurately
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and boost overall performance
• Document customer interactions and sales in a timely manner to maintain accurate records
