About the role

We are seeking passionate and motivated MOTO Agents to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving smartphone sales, providing exceptional customer service, and demonstrating consumer electronics to potential buyers. Your ability to engage with customers and meet sales targets will be essential to your success.

What you'll do

• Engage customers proactively to understand their mobile needs and provide tailored solutions
• Demonstrate and explain the features of mobile phones and accessories, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service during and post-purchase to maximize customer retention
• Maintain the sales floor and ensure that product displays are visually appealing and well-stocked
