About the role

Job Summary - We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant with 5+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.

What you'll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to field service operations
• Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions
• Configure Work Orders, Incidents, Service Accounts, Assets, Agreements, and Service Tasks
• Implement and manage Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO) and Schedule Board
• Configure Field Service Mobile App for technicians and field engineers

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
