What you'll do

• Leading cloud operations workstreams across infrastructure managed services engagements
• Managing client service activities, timelines, and deliverables for cloud administration and support
• Overseeing cloud infrastructure performance monitoring, incident analysis, and service delivery improvement efforts
• Applying cloud compliance, governance, and security practices across managed service environments
• Using FinOps operating model knowledge and Apptio to track cloud consumption, cost drivers, and optimization opportunities
