MS Project Administrator / Project Scheduler

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MS Project Administrator / Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Microsoft Project (MS Project) . The ideal candidate will support Project Managers by creating accurate, resource-loaded schedules, managing task dependencies, performing critical path analysis, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MS Project)
• Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Define and maintain task dependencies, predecessors, successors, and scheduling relationships
• Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and identify schedule risks
• Establish project baselines and monitor schedule performance

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• MS Project
• Office 365
• PowerPoint
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
