MSD Power Pages -Business Central Architect

About the role

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and provide actionable business insights. Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions within Dynamics 365 CE focusing on Customer Insights and Journeys. Configure and customize workflows, plugins, JavaScript, and Power Platform components to meet business requirements.

What you'll do

• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and provide actionable business insights
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions within Dynamics 365 CE focusing on Customer Insights and Journeys
• Configure and customize workflows, plugins, JavaScript, and Power Platform components to meet business requirements
• Build and maintain data integration pipelines using Azure Data Factory, APIs, and Power Automate
• Optimize data models and architecture for advanced analytics and journey mapping

• 8–14 yrs of experience
