MSME Account Manager

About the role

The MSME Account Manager is responsible for driving merchant acquisition, developing business opportunities, and managing strategic relationships with MSME partners. As a key liaison between GCash and its merchant partners, this role drives sales performance, identifies opportunities for business growth, and delivers tailored payment and digital solutions that address partner needs.

What you'll do

• Responsible for driving merchant acquisition, developing business opportunities, and managing strategic relationships with MSME partners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, client meetings, and other lead generation activities
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial engagement and product presentation to negotiation and deal closure
• Present GCash products and services to prospective merchants and key decision-makers, demonstrating their value and business impact
• Recommend relevant solutions based on merchant needs and business objectives to drive acquisition and conversion
