Murex Support Analyst - EMEA

About the role

The role provides day-to-day functional and technical support for the Murex platform within the Enterprise Trading Platforms organisation. Operating as a key point of contact for business and Technology stakeholders, the role supports production stability, investigates incidents and service requests, and helps maintain the effective operation of Murex across Front Office, Risk, Product Control, Operations and Finance processes.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day production support for the Murex platform, responding to incidents
• Investigate issues across trade capture, lifecycle events, market data, pricing inputs, valuations, sensitivities, confirmations, settlements
• Act as a technology partner to Front Office, Risk, Product Control, Operations and Finance users, providing clear communication on issue status, business impact
• Monitor application health, overnight and intraday processing, interfaces and operational controls
• Record incidents and service requests accurately, maintaining clear audit trails, investigation notes, ownership
