NAPS Trainee

About the role

As a NAPS Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment and placement of candidates in blue and grey collar jobs across various industries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Source and screen candidates for various job openings
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and qualifications
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on candidate feedback
• Assist with onboarding and orientation process for new hires
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
