National Litigation Manager - Unsecured

About the role

To ensure the recovery of dues from defaulting borrowers through legal means/ Minimize losses by taking timely and effective legal action against defaulting borrowers. The National Litigation Manager will lead legal recovery operations across India and drive end-to-end recovery actions under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, Arbitration proceedings, and Execution Petitions (EP) for decree enforcement.

What you'll do

• Legal Recovery & Enforcement Strategy
• Classify NPA accounts for legal recovery through Arbitration, Section 138 proceedings, Civil/Criminal actions, or Execution Petitions based on exposure and case profile
• Develop and implement legal recovery strategies aligned with collection and resolution objectives
• Drive faster legal closures and cost-effective recovery outcomes across portfolios
• Manage and monitor Unsecured portfolio worth approximately ?465-470 Crore and Arbitration/Section 25 portfolio worth approximately ?195 Crore
