What you'll do

• Design and drive the national training roadmap aligned to business priorities and capability gaps
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, regional teams and Channel Partners
• Drive higher engagement and participation in learning initiatives
• Training Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Identify and implement innovative learning methodologies, digital tools and best practices
