Network Operations Specialist

About the role

As a Network Operations Specialist in India, you’ll play a key part in expanding and strengthening SkyCell’s worldwide network of logistics and warehousing partners. Working within our Network team, you’ll help source and onboard the best partners for each location, run RFIs and RFQs, build strong partner relationships, and track performance against KPIs.

What you'll do

• Partner sourcing and onboarding
• Run RFIs/RFQs for warehousing services with colleagues in Network, Sourcing & Procurement and Operations, selecting the best partner for each location
• Onboard new logistics partners, including partner profiles, NDAs, contact matrices and system updates
• Service Center and station roll-out
• Raise and track requests for new Service Centers and storage sites, working with the installation owner through to installation
