Network Systems Engineering Technical Leader

About the role

The team leverages Cisco Modeling Labs (CML), physical network hardware, and virtualized network platforms to emulate complex enterprise campus, branch, WAN, and Data Center architectures. Together, we enable software development, network automation, testing, and validation across enterprise and Data Center environments.

What you'll do

• Architect and simulate multi-tenant WAN, campus, branch, and Data Center fabrics incorporating transport-independent overlay networks, secure segmentation
• Collaborate with software engineering, infrastructure, and QA teams to support reproducible test scenarios, CI/CD pipelines, and network automation use cases
• Optimise lab capacity, performance, resource allocation, and virtualisation nodes to ensure high availability, low-latency emulation
• Troubleshoot complex campus and branch wired and wireless networks, SD-WAN overlay/underlay connectivity, BGP and OSPF routing, Data Center switching fabrics

What you need

• 1–3 years in software engineering
• CI/CD
• Firewalls
