Senior Workday Total Rewards Support Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Total Rewards Support Consultant to provide functional expertise, production support, optimization, and continuous improvement for Workday Total Rewards solutions.

What you'll do

• Support annual compensation review cycles, merit increases, bonus planning, stock awards, and incentive programs
• Configure and maintain compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation grades, and compensation packages
• Assist HR and Compensation teams with compensation audits, validations, and testing activities
• Ensure compensation processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and support benefits plans, eligibility rules, enrollment events, life events, and benefit calculations

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
• Compensation and benefits
• Workday
• HR operations
• HRMS
• Payroll
• Regression testing
• Any graduate
