About the role
We are seeking a NOC Engineer (Tier 2) to join our growing operations team. You will handle escalated network/infrastructure issues, ensure high availability, and collaborate with Tier 1 for seamless service delivery.
What you'll do
- Monitor and maintain network devices, servers, and services for performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents (L2-level), collaborating with Tier 1 and Tier 3 as needed
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Tier 1 engineers on operational best practices
What you need
- 4–7 yrs of experience
