NOC Engineer (Tier 3)

About the role

We are looking for a NOC Engineer (Tier 3) to lead and mentor our network operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting complex environments and overseeing critical incident resolution.

What you'll do

• Own major incident management, serving as the escalation point for Tier 2
• Lead high-severity incidents, guiding resolution from start to finish
• Drive capacity planning, network optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and refine NOC processes, runbooks, and best practices in alignment with ITIL
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for large-scale deployments, upgrades, and audits

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• ITIL
• Routing and switching
• Firewalls
• VMware
• Windows
• Linux
• Any graduate
