NPD Manager for a leading D2C player

About the role

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials required for new product development. A successful NPD Lead should have: A degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field. Proven experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in Cosmetics/Toiletries product development. Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

What you'll do

• Lead the entire new product development (NPD) process from concept to launch, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, marketing, and procurement to develop innovative product ideas
• Conduct market research to identify gaps and trends in the Cosmetics/Toiletries segment
• Oversee product testing and quality assurance to meet regulatory and safety standards
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials required for new product development

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• BBA
