About the role

As the National Sales Manager for the Enterprise team, you will be responsible for leading strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue growth across large corporate and enterprise accounts, and expanding Paytm’s footprint in the digital payments ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Operations, and Risk to deliver tailored solutions and exceed commercial goals.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the Enterprise sales function to achieve revenue targets across assigned markets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers at large enterprise clients
• Drive new business acquisition while maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Own the P&L and performance metrics for enterprise portfolios, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales objectives
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Operations, Risk & Compliance) to tailor offerings and resolve escalations

What you need
