Oficer/ Senior Officer - People & Culture

About the role

A key role responsible for ensuring smooth and effective People & Culture operations, with a major focus on Payroll and Attendance Management, while supporting employee lifecycle processes and general P&C administration. The role acts as a key point of contact for payroll coordination, attendance governance, employee life cycle and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy and a positive employee experience.

What you'll do

• Payroll & Attendance Management
• Manage end-to-end monthly attendance processing and validation
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records overtime and absenteeism
• Coordinate with payroll service providers for accurate salary processing
• Verify payroll inputs including attendance and statutory deductions

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• HR operations
• Labour law
• Statutory compliance
• HRMS
• Payroll
• Excel
• BBA or MBA
