Onboarding Lead

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with 8–10 years of experience to lead the end-to-end employee onboarding function. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a seamless and engaging start at Paytm.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the full onboarding lifecycle , ensuring a structured and welcoming experience for all new employees from day one
• Coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Hiring Managers, IT, Payroll/Finance, and Facilities to ensure timely completion of documentation, system setup
• Develop and standardize onboarding policies, orientation schedules, induction modules and 30/60/90 day onboarding plans
• Conduct orientation sessions and communicate company policies, culture, values, and expectations to new hires
• Act as the primary point of contact for new joiners during their initial transition period, addressing queries and providing guidance
