Onboarding Specialist (APAC/ EMEA)

In this formal role, you will be responsible for assisting in the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into our organization. As a critical member of the team, you will contribute to creating an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

What you'll do

• Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring country compliance is met, and creating an exceptional employee experience
• Maintain onboarding trackers with timely updates, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the onboarding process
• Attend sunset and sunrise calls daily with team lead to ensure blockers are discussed and resolution is found, promoting effective collaboration and issue resolution
• Follow up with members closely to ensure they submit all documents on time, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and minimizing delays
• Ensure verification and background check of the members are properly done before activation, ensuring the privacy and security of sensitive employee information
