About the role

We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Online & Marketplace Revenue Leader to own and scale the brand's online business. This role carries full revenue and P&L ownership, with a clear mandate to build scale, profitability, and long-term growth. The role blends strategy and execution, requiring strong judgment across growth levers, consumer journeys, remarketing, and partnerships.

What you'll do

• Revenue Ownership & P&L - Own online revenue, growth targets, and P&L across D2C and marketplace channels. Drive sustainable growth across new and repeat users with a…
• D2C Growth & Optimization - Improve and scale the existing D2C business by strengthening acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, retention, and repeat revenue
• Identify and unlock growth levers across pricing, promotions, UX, merchandising, and lifecycle marketing
• Remarketing & Retention - Lead remarketing initiatives across SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other lifecycle channels to improve engagement, repeat rate, and LTV
• Build consumer cohorts across the journey and drive monetisation through personalised communication
