As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in our back-office operations, supporting our Customer Care Executives (CCEs) and ensuring efficient and effective customer service. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams, managing data, and implementing processes to enhance our customer support system.

What you'll do

• Play a crucial role in our back-office operations, supporting our Customer Care Executives (CCEs) and ensuring efficient and effective customer service
• Coordinate with CCEs to understand customer inquiries and provide necessary support
• Manage and organize customer data, ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Implement and optimize back-office processes for improved efficiency
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and enhance system functionality
