About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dedicated team in the Steel Detailing team.

What you'll do

  • Ensure company operational procedures run efficiently, sustainably, and support overall business profitability
  • Responsible for supervising day-to-day managerial functions, setting training standards, analyzing and improving organizational processes, and work to improve quality
  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization
  • Make important policies, planning and strategy decisions
  • Write, edit, and review operational policies and process documentation
