As our Dynamic Operations Manager , you will serve as the engine room of our business, seamlessly bridging the gap between strategic execution and exceptional client experience. You will take complete ownership of the client journey—driving sustained retention and maximizing outcomes for our active partners by embedding rigorous service delivery standards and continuous QA compliance into everyday processes.

• Client Journey & Retention Ownership: Oversee the post-onboarding lifecycle for active partners, ensuring flawless service delivery, proactive problem-solving
• Implement continuous Quality Assurance (QA) compliance frameworks to maintain the highest levels of accuracy and compliance
• Data-Driven Process Management: Design and optimize scalable workflows. Build, maintain
