Operations Manager - Team Lead II, Accounting

What you'll do

• Oversee the Record-to-Report (RTR) subprocess, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded, reported, and compliant with accounting standards
• Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting, including management of journal entries
• Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of financial data
• Ensure adherence to SOX/internal controls and support internal and external audits through timely resolution of audit queries and remediation of identified issues
• Manage optimal utilization of team resources by balancing workloads, driving productivity, and delivering against established KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets
