Operations Specialist (Voice Process) - Mumbai at First Advantage Global Operating Center (GOC). A successful Operations Specialist will be mainly responsible for answering Inbound and Outbound calls for references, education, credential and employment verification.

What you'll do

• A successful Operations Specialist will be mainly responsible for answering Inbound and Outbound calls for references, education, credential and employment verification
• Manage Inbound and Outbound calls for employment, education and other references verifications
• Investigate and confirm reference credibility
• Update reference contact information within database
• Answer telephone and email inquiries from candidates and clients concerning the status of a background check request
