What you'll do

• Business Development & Sales Execution
• Drive sales and achieve ambitious annual revenue targets for the Optical and Communication product lines across assigned territories
• Map and penetrate key target segments, including telecommunications service providers, network equipment manufacturers (NEMs), R&D institutions, defence, aerospace
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and technical qualification to commercial negotiation and order closure
• Technical Consultation & Solution Selling

What you need
