Oracle Apps & Ext Specialist

About the role

The Oracle Apps & Extensions Specialist will provide production support to maintain environment stability, coordinate code migrations, and resolve first-line incidents for the GSI Solutions team to meet business demand for the GEA portfolio.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with GSI Automation & Integrations Teams and project teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of middleware systems
• Collaborate with GSI Teams to deliver efficient and well-run processes
• Monitor Oracle the various Application & Extension services across production services to detect and escalate incidents according to SLAs
• Coordinate and execute approved code migrations/deployments in non ‑ production and production environments via appropriate Helix ticket types
• Track incident trends and provide input to continuous improvement and automation initiatives

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• SOP writing
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
