Leading Oracle CX billing transformation efforts across lead to revenue processes, translating client objectives into implementation roadmaps and delivery plans
Overseeing configuration strategies for Oracle Revenue Management and Billing, Oracle CC&B, Oracle CPQ Cloud
Shaping solution design for customer cloud services, subscription management, incentive compensation, and revenue recognition workflows
Managing executive client relationships and guiding discussions on scope, risks, issues, and delivery milestones across multiple workstreams
