About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant, with strong expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, and Goals Management, along with mandatory hands-on experience in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).

What you'll do

  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules, primarily Core HR, Absence Management, and Goals Management
  • Understand business requirements and provide functional solutions, enhancements, and production support
  • Develop and maintain custom applications and UI extensions using VBCS
  • Support integrations and technical extensions related to Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and coordinate with business stakeholders

What you need

  • 5–9 yrs of experience

  • Any graduate
