About the role

Technical Manager, HR Technology – Platform & Engineering The Oracle HR Reports Developer designs and manages enterprise HR reporting and analytics across BIP, OTBI, FDI, and FAW / Lakehouse, turning business requirements into reliable reports, dashboards, data pipelines for global HR, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, and Operations teams.

What you'll do

  • Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)
  • Design, develop, and maintain BIP reports and templates (RTF, Excel, and eText) for HCM, Talent, Benefits, and Compensation
  • Build and optimize data models, SQL queries, and flexfield-based reporting solutions
  • Configure report bursting, scheduling, and automated distribution
  • Develop regulatory, compliance, audit, and operational reporting extracts
