Order to Cash Senior Operations Manager

About the role

The OTC Senior Manager will lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations within Dyson Business Services (DBS), overseeing key areas including Cash Applications, Credit Risk & Assessment, Collections, Disputes, and Deductions. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, process transformation, and stakeholder collaboration while supporting DBS’ vision of building a Centre of Excellence (CoE).

What you'll do

• Lead and manage end-to-end OTC operations including: Cash Applications
• Credit Management & Assessment
• Deductions & Bad Debt Provisioning
• Cash Flow Forecasting, Analysis and driving better cash flow results
• Ensure delivery of KPIs such as DSO, cash flow forecasting, and service levels

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
