Organizational Learning and Investigation Support Coordinator

About the role

Provide coordination and technical support for organizational learning, incident classification and investigation, OE reporting and data analytics. Ensure compliance with Chevron Operational Excellence (OE) standards and regulatory requirements and deliver actionable insights through data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Provide coordination and technical support for organizational learning, incident classification and investigation, OE reporting and data analytics
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging analytics to monitor OEMS performance, identify trends, and support decision-making
• Coordinate incident classification activities in alignment with OE and regulatory requirements
• Manage workflows for incident reporting, review, and classification
• Ensure timely, accurate and complete processing of incident reporting, classification, investigation and review in the system of record (QA/QC of Cority entries)
