Outbound SDR - India

About the role

This is an outbound Sales Development role based in our Bangalore office. You’ll build a pipeline for our Account Executives by researching target accounts, reaching decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn, and booking qualified meetings. The role is fully focused on top-of-funnel prospecting. It suits someone who enjoys high activity, quick feedback, clear daily goals, and a team where results are visible and celebrated.

What you'll do

• Research target companies, personas, and business triggers to find strong prospecting opportunities
• Run a high-volume outbound motion: daily call blocks, multi-touch sequences, email follow-ups, and account research
• Hit clear activity goals, typically 80 to 100 calls and 40 to 50 emails a day depending on territory priorities
• Qualify prospects against defined criteria and book quality meetings for Account Executives
• Work closely with your AEs and manager on territory strategy, account prioritization, and messaging
