About the role

The Teacher Coach, Learning Innovation Lab, will support the Lead and be responsible for bringing the programmatic vision of the Learning Innovation Lab alive by constantly aligning the team’s activities with the short, medium and long term project goals. In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing training follow-up mechanisms to ensure absorption of teacher learning and
• Supporting the school with effective execution of other academic activities towards
• Conducting baseline, end-line and any other dipstick student assessments in schools

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• PowerPoint
• Excel
• Project management
• Any graduate
