Outsourcing Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Finance and Admin Manager to run the complete finance function for an Australian outsourcing firm based in Surat. You will start as a one-person team and own the books end to end. As the business grows, you may get a junior team member to lead and mentor under you.

What you'll do

• Maintain complete books of accounts in Xero for Australian entities
• Prepare and file quarterly GST and BAS returns
• Perform bank, credit card and ledger reconciliations on a regular schedule
• Run month-end close and prepare MIS and management reports
• Receivables, Payables and Payroll

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• Reconciliation
• Accounting
• Bookkeeping
• Xero
• Month-end close
• MIS reporting
• Any graduate
