P3 Assistant Manager - RiskOps

About the role

The Risk Operations (RiskOps) team manages backend chargeback and dispute operations, transaction-level investigations, reconciliations, operational reporting and exception management. The team works closely with Operations, Risk, Finance, Technology and other stakeholders to strengthen process controls, improve operational efficiency and support timely resolution of chargeback-related cases.

What you'll do

• Manage and monitor end-to-end backend chargeback and dispute operations
• Track chargeback cases, transaction details, representments, recoveries, reversals and applicable deadlines
• Maintain accurate chargeback MIS, case trackers, ageing reports and status dashboards
• Reconcile chargeback data across internal systems, payment networks, banks and operational reports
• Validate transaction, financial and case-level data before submission, response or closure
