What you'll do

• Responsible on the development of masterbatch products used in packaging, electronic appliances, consumer, agriculture
• Support business growth by performing masterbatch development following Accolade stages gate process / regional procedure. Conduct all duties according to SOP’s
• Support product development and product localization and monitor scale up process
• Perform benchmark analysis on competition sample, provide an analysis report, and deliver to ADTS
• Support formula recipe adjustment and modification

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Chemistry
• ISO 9001
• 5S
• Food safety
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
