What you'll do

• Assist with subsidiary governance/entity management of designated subsidiaries, including the preparation
• Provides support to attorneys and senior paralegals with preparation of responses to due diligence and similar inquiries from business regarding corporate ownership
• Works with attorneys, internal departments/functions, and outside counsel to manage global entity management compliance
• Provides timely, accurate, and responsive guidance for internal policy approval processes respecting subsidiary governance and entity management matters
• Assists other paralegals in investigating facts, researching legal precedents, defining legal and factual issues, and drafting necessary governance documents
